In July 25, 2014 the Barley, Malt, Hops & Beer Union together with Grain Producers’ Union supported by the Minister of Agriculture of the RF Fedorov N.V. and the Governor of the Omsk Region V.I. Nazarov organized:
V Grain Forum of Siberia
and
IV Field Day “Barley, Malt, Hops & Beer in Russia”
at the territory of trial fields of the Siberian Agricultural Research Institute.
Over 300 companies of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union and Shanghai Cooperation Organization took part in these business events.

According to the tradition of our Union the best representatives of the production chain “malting barley – beer” got the departmental awards of the Ministry of Agriculture.
It is worth noting that the Minister of Agriculture of the Omsk Region Vitaly Erlikh was awarded the title “The Honored Agricultural Worker of the RF”.
The key report of the Forum was presented by the President of Barley, Malt, Hops & Beer Union Alexander Mordovin. As one of the movers of the “Beijing Program” (in cooperation with the President of the Union of Grain Producers Pavel Skurikhin), he introduced the concept of future cooperation.
