Within the Russian Agricultural Exhibition “Golden Autumn”, under the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture of the RF, the President of the Union A. Mordovin was awarded the Gold Medal for Contribution to the Development of the Russian Agricultural Complex.
For merits to agricultural production, active public work and long productive service it is ordered to award

the President of Barley, Malt, Hops & Beer Union
“This medal highlights the importance of the team work of the colleagues and members of the Union,” A. Mordovin noted. Expressing gratitude to the Ministry of Agriculture and personally, the Minister Fedorov Nikolay Vasilyevich, I’d like to accent that our Union will continue to defend interests of the Russian producers of malting barley, malt and brewing products, to develop export potential under the “Beijing Program” and proceed with implementation of the plan directed to a renewal of hop production in Russia”.
It bears noting that three years ago, A. Mordovin was awarded a Silver Medal for Contribution to the Development of Agriculture in Russia.
The best representatives of the production chain “malting barley – beer” received Notes of Acknowledgements from the Ministry of Agriculture within VI International Conference “Barley, Malt, Hops & Beer in Russia” that took place in October 10, 2014. Among them are:
– Gorobchenko Alexander Valeryevich, the Head of the Service Department of LLC “CNH Industrial (Russia) Commercial Operations”, Moscow;
– Zaginaylov Alexander Vladimirovich, the Marketing Analyst of LLC “CNH Industrial (Russia) Commercial Operations”, Moscow;
– Kravchenko Alexander Alexandrovich, thePrincipal Software Engineer of CJSC “Moscow Brewing Company”, Mytishchi, the Moscow Region;
– Pristayuk Natalya Vyacheslavovna, the Chief of the Selected Department of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Boevoe” of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the Omsk Region.

The Note of Acknowledgement of the Federal Council Committee on Agrarian and Food Policy and Environmental Management was given to Bondarev Pavel Victorovich, the President of LLC “UK ACB”.
Members of the Union represented their products on the stand of the Ministry of Agriculture.
According to the results of All-Russian Contest “The Best Producer of Malting Barley in Russia 2014”, the Technical University of Munich defined a finalist – LLC “Usagro”, a variety Beatrix (sample No 40).
The winner got a prize – a mini-combine sampler “Minibatt” and a trip voucher for two representatives of the company to Oktoberfest 2015.
