Maximilian Michel

Official representative for brewing and food quality in the Research Center Weihenstephan, TU Munich

Maximilian Michel graduated from the Technical University of München with a degree as diplom engineer for brewing and beverage technology in 2014. He then started to work for the Research Center Weihenstephan for brewing and food quality as consulting engineer. Further he started a PhD program with the topic of finding new yeast from other genera than Saccharomyces for the fermentation of beer.
