Born on the 1st of October 1967.
Degree: Master of Arts in History of Art, Christian Archeology and Bavarian and Franconian History.
He wrote and published ten books about beer, starting in 1998, the last six at the Getraenkefachverlag Hans Carl in Nuernberg.
The books are concerning mainly Bavarian regions, but also a book about German organic beer and breweries or the best beers of Bavaria.
He is also writing about wine and whisky, organizing tastings, lectures and seminars about all these themes.
He is working for several breweries, writing texts, for example for labels or homepages.
He started his own Beer-Blog bierbierbierblog at wordpress.
