We have worked out description of the Beijing Program and the stages of its implementation.
The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation approved the Round table meeting on issues of the Beijing Program that is supposed to be held in January 2013 in the MA with participation of: representatives of the executive power of Russia and China (MA, Agency for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision, Rusagrotrans, regions–project participants), representatives of malting and brewing business of Russia and China, scientific research institutes of Russia, China and Germany, agricultural producers and traders, producers of plant protection chemicals and fertilizers, producers of machinery and equipment for the production chain “malting barley-beer”.
