Rozovenko M.V. was born in 1958 in the North Ossetian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

Education:
1975 left the secondary school № 10, Ordzhonikidze;
1979 entered Gorsky Agricultural Institute;
1983 he graduated from the Institute with distinction with a specialization in Veterinary and pursued postgraduate studies in K.I. Skriabin Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology;
From May 1984 to December 1985 served in the Soviet Army (the Khabarovsk Territory);
1990 was conferred a degree of the Candidate of Veterinary Science. In 2002 took a degree of Doctor of Veterinary Science in parasitology, veterinary microbiology, virology, epizootology, mycetology and immunology.

Work experience:

1988 –1990 – Feed Supplements Superintendent in Veterinary preparations plant «Moscow» (the Moscow Region);
1990-1992 – Teaching Assistant of the Department of Parasitology in K.I. Skriabin Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology;
1992-2003 – Chief Specialist; Head of science and academic personnel division in Personnel and Education Department);
2003 – to present – Staff Adviser of the Federation Council Committee on Agrarian and Food Policy and Environmental Management.
Principal directions of Mikhail’s activity are: questions connected with development of animal breeding and veterinary medicine, food and pharmaceutical processing industries, agricultural markets, regulation of the production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products and also ecological agricultural production, hunting industry, monitoring of fauna reproduction relegated to hunting, questions of quality and certification of agricultural and food production, State requirements for food supplies, cooperation between the Russian Federation and the World Trade Organization in the field of agricultural raw material and food.
Rozovenko M.V. developed several projects dedicated to parasitology sciences. Research results were included to the Recommendations of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, instructions and regulations of the Veterinary Department of the RF Ministry of Agriculture in the territory of Moscow, Vladimir, Yaroslavl, Ivanovo, Nizhny Novgorod and other regions of Non-black Soil Zone.
He developed line-graphic and line-radian models of mapping including cattle parasitic diseases, treatment and rehabilitation of organophosphorous compounds activity etc.
Published 9 study guides, one of which was recommended by the Ministry of Agriculture to the students of Agricultural institutions.
1996 – elected as a corresponding member of the International Informatization Academy;
2004 – elected as a member of Peter the Great’s Academy of Sciences and Arts;
2006 – a member of the Division office of Veterinary medicine of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
In December 2011 Professor Rozovenko M.V. became a laureate of state prize of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology for the activity connected with production and processing of the environmentally safe agricultural goods (Order № 146r of the Chairman of the Russian Federation from February 6, 2012).
