Konrad Müller-Auffermann had alreadytwo years of international experience, before he studied Drinking and Brewing Technology at the Technical University of Munich. During his studies he worked for several mayor construction companies, partly in foreign countries.
2009 Mr. Müller-Auffermann was employed at the Research CenterWeihenstephan for Brewing and Food Quality as a consulting engineer specialised in brewing-, fermentation-, and filling technologies, with particular focus on cereal based drinks and fermentation methods.
2010 Mr. Müller-Auffermann became head of the Research and Development compartment of the institute. His recent projects combine the theoretical knowledge of the University, with the long term experience and the ideas of the consulting engineers, mainly in cooperation with the industry.
