Education:
In 1997 graduated from Stavropol State Agricultural Academy; Qualification: Agricultural scientist;
Degree level: Candidate of Agricultural Sciences.
Work experience:
From 1997 to 2003 worked as a senior research assistant, agronomist-seed grower, team leader in North Caucasus vegetable experimental station of All-Russia Research and Development Institute of Vegetable Crop Selection and Seed-Growing;
From 2003 to 2008 – Deputy Director of All-Russia Research and Development Institute of Vegetable Crop Selection and Seed-Growing of the Russian Agricultural Academy; in addition to other duties – a Chief of the industrial centre in FSI Russian Agricultural Consulting Centre;
From 2008 to 2013 – Head of the Department, Deputy Director of the Department for Science and Technology Policy and Education of the Ministry of Agriculture of the RF;
From July 4, 2013 was appointed to the position of the Chairman of FSBI «State Commission of Russian Federation for Selection Achievements Test and Protection» by order № 107-k from July 3, 2013 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the RF.
An employment agreement dated July 3, 2013 has been concluded between Voloshchenko Vitaly Sergeevich and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Central Federal District for a period till approval.
The Chairman is a sole executive body and can settle all problems of the department independently, excluding the points relating to the management of other bodies.
