According to the confirmed information of our Union about oncoming broadening of powers of the Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation concerning monitoring functions over activities of beer and beverage producers and sellers and forthcoming inspections of the brewing companies, the administrative regulation has been introduced:

“Service’s performance of the government function involving inspection of the legal entities under the government supervision in the sphere of production and circulation of alcohol and alcohol-containing products”.

4. The subject of inspection is business of legal bodies:

1). producing and selling alcohol and alcohol-containing licensed products (hereinafter referred as licensee);

2) without a license issued by the Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation (hereinafter referred as not licensee):

    a) producing, keeping and delivering beer, cider, poire and mead beverages;

    b) purchasing, keeping and delivering beer, cider, poire and mead beverages;

c) purchase of ethyl alcohol according to the pharmacopoeial monograph in the volume of 200dL/year in order to use it as drug and (or) for drug production included in the state drug register or for in-plant use;

d)using of ethyl alcohol in the volume of 200 dL/year for technical and other purposes not connected with alcohol and alcohol-containing products.
