According to the Decree of the President of the RF V.V. Putin “Concerning functions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the RF and the Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation” in terms of improving the state policy and normative legal regulation of alcohol products, the Ministry of Agriculture became responsible for legislative and technical regulation of wine made by domestic agricultural producers.
