Roadmap for development of a set of measures directed to increasing of malting barley production in Russia in cooperation with PRC, improvement of crop quality and also studying of the mutual business terms and conditions with Middle East concerning production and supplies of milling wheat.
Some largest wheat consumers from Middle East, business representatives from China and Asia-Pacific Regions have already confirmed their participation.
