Oktoberfest 2013: group formed, no available spaces (2013-08-07)

In the period from 23-27 September, 2013 a group of representatives of the Barley, Malt and Beer Union in quantities of 50 people under the leadership of the president of the Union A. Mordovin will make a trip to Germany. Union representatives will find a fascinating, informative and excursion program (http://barley-malt.ru/?p=4826&lang=en) including visits to the leading Bavarian breeding and seed-production farms, participation in the educational scientific and practical seminar on crop production, visit to the malting and brewing enterprises, visit to the Technical University of Munich (Weihenstephan department), to the Museum of Beer and the Museum of Hops as well as to the world’s oldest brewery – Weihenstephan, and of course participation in Oktoberfest – September 25, tent Ochsenbraterei.

Every year many representatives of the Union attend Oktoberfest, and each time the event becomes one of the most important and memorable events. In 2012 a new record for beer drinking was set: 30 representatives of the Union drank 136 liters of beer “Oktoberfest” with strength of 6.5%, which corresponds to 4.5 liters per person, and the winner who wished to remain “unknown” beat the mark of 7 liters.

We are glad to inform you that this year five representatives of the fair sex will take part in the trip for the first time in a long history of our trips to the Oktoberfest.

There are no available spaces. Photo reports of the previous trips you can find on the website of BMBU: http://barley-malt.ru/?cat=57&lang=en.
