The Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation: the final version of the Order “Concerning Capacity Calculation Methods for the Brewing Plants”. (2014-03-19)

The Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation drafted the Departmental Order “Concerning Capacity Calculation Methods of the Core Process Equipment for Production of Ethyl Alcohol or Alcohol-Containing Products”.

The Union “Barley, Malt, Hops & Beer in Russia” thanks the market regulator for order amendments recommended by our Union, in particular, about excluding the statement in the appendix 1, point 10.

“When producing beer and beverages, production capacity is taken on the basis of fermentation and secondary fermentation time in the cylindroconical vessel, taking into account auxiliary operations – 14 days; according to the cycling scheme in the fermenting tank with auxiliary operations – 7,5 days; secondary fermentation time in the lager tank with auxiliary operations – 22 days”.
