The insurance company VSK is a universal company, providing services for individual and legal persons since 1992. The company ranks among Top 10 insurers in key segments – auto insurance, accident and illness insurance and voluntary medical insurance.
Over 15 mln. of Russian citizens and over 230 thousand of companies are protected by VSK. Regional network of the company consists of 400 offices and most of sales are performed via wide agent network (35% of all sales).
The company demonstrates high figures of the operational activity: combined loss ratio is lower of 100%, return on equity 30%.
Annually, VSK proves the highest national rating A++ “Outstanding reliability” according to the rating agency “Expert RA”. In accordance with results of the company in 2015, the rating agency Fitch Ratings gave VSK a long-term financial-strength rating “BB-” (by international scale).
The company got Notes of Acknowledgement of the President for the highest level of activity and contribution to the development of the insurance sector (2002, 2007, 2017). Also VSK is an honoree of the National Premium “Company of the Year” (2013, 2015), uniting the best Russian companies.
In 2016 there was a transaction for integration of insurance business VSK and CAFMAR according to which the group purchased 49% of shares of the Joint-Stock Insurance Company “VSK” and property rights of 100% of “BIN Strakhovanie” were transferred to VSK. This integration project is performed on the basis of VSK, saving the capital control.
