Grain Producers’ Union and Barley, Malt, Hops and Beer Union (hereinafter referred to as Unions) have been cooperating since 2011 within the framework of the state strategy, focused on the development of agriculture of the RF, defined by the Food Safety Doctrine and the Government Agricultural Program, including regulation of raw material and food markets for 2014-2020.
One of the most popular joint projects of Unions is “Beijing Program 2012-2017”, developed together with the Ministry for Economic Development and the Ministry of Agriculture, focused on creation of the frame political conditions for export of the Russian grain to SCO countries. “Beijing Program” is the only agricultural project of two countries, approved by the Russian-Chinese Commission for Preparing of Regular Summit Conferences (the decision of 16th session of the Commission from 01.11.12). Since 2013, Unions conducted public grain events annually – Siberian Grain Forum and Field Day “Barley, Malt, Hop and Beer of Russia”, since 2016 – Mid-Russian Grain Forum and Field Day “Barley, Malt, Hop and Beer of Russia”. These business events are well-known among representatives of the Russian agricultural complex from 2009 and are supported by the Ministry of Agriculture. Near 500 participants take part in the mentioned events.
In July 21, 2017 Scientific and Practical Conference “Intensive technologies for cultivation and harvesting of cereal and oil crops” will take place in Zvonarevka v., Marksovsky d., the Saratov Region on the base of JSC “Volga”.
