We are glad to inform you that the RF Presidential Directorate for Correspondence from Citizens and Organizations on the basis of documents and materials from the relevant ministries (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Economic Development and Ministry of Regional Development) and at the request of BMBU to the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin, considers necessary to continue work on the Beijing Program, including its expansion in the framework of the SCO’s (Shanghai Cooperation Organization) activities.
