The Department of Fermentation Industry Technologies;
1975 – 1978 – post graduate student of All-Russia Research and Development Institute of Fermentation Products;
1979 – 1980 – junior research assistant of All-Russia Research and Development Institute of Fermentation Products;
In 1979 presented a thesis for a Candidate’s Tech. Sc. degree;
1980 – 1991 – teaching assistant, then associate professor of the Department of Fermentation Industry Technologies (taught technologies of fermentation industry in the All-Union Correspondence Institute of Food Industry – now Moscow State University of Technologies and Management);
1991 – 1994 – doctorate in Moscow State Academy of Food Production;
In 1997 presented a thesis for a Doctor’s Tech. Sc. degree;
Specialty: Technology of Alcohol and Non-alcoholic Products.
In 2006 Galina Alekseyevna participated in creation of the Fermentation Educational Institute of Moscow State University of Food Production and became the Director of this institute. The institute direction is advanced training and consulting of brewing, non-alcoholic, distilling and liquor enterprises.

Work Experience:
1991 – to present – Moscow State University of Food Production
Position: docent
1998 – professor of the Department for Fermentation Processes and Industrial Biocatalysis.
2011 – Head  of the Department for Fermentation Processes and Industrial Biocatalysis.
Galina Alekseyevna conducts all types of training classes: give lectures, lab practicals, directs diploma students in the field of beer and beverage technologies, conduct postgraduate courses, make reports for industry specialists.

Activities:
Presented 10 Candidate’s dissertations, at present directs the research papers of 7 postgraduate students.
Author of more than 200 scientific and technical papers, 2 federal course books of beer and beverage technology, manual for the laboratories of brewing companies.
Has got public and professional awards.
A member of Expert Council of the Federal Service for Alcohol market Regulation, taste commissions, councils for defending of doctor and candidates’ dissertations, takes an active role in the program “Open Government of the RF”.
International teacher of engineering disciplines Ing-PAED.
Leading expert in beer and beverage technology.
