Remember key events 2021:
February 1: the meeting of the Commission of the Public Council for Plant Production and Protection, Chemization and Amelioration of the Ministry of Agriculture of the RF chaired by Deputy Chairman of the Public Council A. Mordovin. The draft Government Decree “Concerning amendments of Government Acts” (amending types and categories of self-propelled and support vehicles covered with a car recycling tax, in part of increasing the tax amount and defining new coefficients of the recycling tax for some machines including agricultural vehicles) has been studied.
February 11: Alexander Mordovin took part in the meeting of the Working Group of the Federation Council for Legislation and Staff Assistance of Wine Development.
February 19: Alexander Mordovin and Alexey Rubtsov took part in the live webcast of the International Business Forum ProAgroTalk 1.0 “New technological wave in agriculture. Italian experience in Russia”.
February 25: Alexander Mordovin took part in the webinar BevialeMoscow 2021.
March 16-18: Union stand at the International Beverage Trade Fair BevialeMoscow 2021.
Over 100 suppliers from Austria, Belarus, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Holland, Denmark, Italy, China, Lithuania, Russia, Romania, Slovenia, Ukraine, France and the Czech Republic took part in the Trade Fair. Special conferences and master-classes have been given within three days of BevialeMoscow 2021. Around 3200 professionals, representatives of the brewing industry have attended the exhibition – the most sophisticated business platform for the beverage industry in the RF.
March 26: the meeting of the Commission of the Public Council for Plant Production and Protection, Chemization and Amelioration of the Ministry of Agriculture of the RF chaired by Deputy Chairman of the Public Council A. Mordovin. Issues, concerning spring field works, seed provision, state variety test plans, plant quarantine and customs control of seeds have been discussed within the meeting.
April 6: Management of the Union decided to add new members to the Expert jury of “ROSGLAVPIVO®” – the Best Beer of Russia” due to the entry restrictions for foreigners.
April 14: the Union launched top brewing awards:
Gold medal “ Honored Worker of the Russian brewing industry”
Gold medal “For contribution to the development of the Russian brewing industry”
June 25: V Mid-Russian Grain Forum and X Field Day “Barley, Malt, Hops and Beer of Russia” in the Lipetsk Region. Over 200 representatives of the brewing industry discussed present and future beer prospects. All leading alcohol, malt and brewing producers as AO “Rosspirtprom”, AO “Tatspirtprom”, ZAO “Moscow Brewing Company”, OOO “Baltika”, OOO “United Heineken Breweries”, AO “InBevEfes”, AO “Ochakovo”, OOO “Lipetskpivo”, OOO “Soufflet Agro Rus”, “Baltic Malt” etc. took part in the event.
June 25: best representatives of the industry awarded gold medals “Honored Worker of the Brewing Industry of the RF” and “For Contribution to the Development of the Russian Brewing Industry” during V Mid-Russian Grain Forum.
June 29: Alexander Mordovin and Alexey Rubtsov took part in the meeting of the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government V.V. Abramchenko devoted to long-term actions directed to the price control of mineral fertilizers purchased by Russian agricultural producers for filed works.
September 20: Vladimir Presnyakov and Christina Bakhireva confirmed 10 nominees for “Beer Queen of Russia 2021”.
October 14-15: V Russian brewing contest “ROSGLAVPIVO®” and XI International Forum “Russian brewing industry – a look into the future”.
521 participants (154 offline, 45 – online – regional government in the panel discussion “Government”, 39 online – business regions of Russia in the panel discussion “Business” and 283 online registered delegates – Russian regions and near and far abroad countries) took part in the event. 436 beers of 144 brewing companies have been registered to the contest. The top medal “Double gold” was given to the brewing company “Pankrat” (LLC “UsAgro”), gold medals “Beer quality mark” – LLC “Brewing and mead brewing company Ernst Klein”, LLC “Kantsler”, LLC “Pyatigorskiy brewing company”; a gold medal “Consumer’s favourite” – brewing company “Altenburger Brauere”, a silver medal “Consumer’s favourite” – “Martynovskaya brewery”, bronze medals – “Consumer’s favourite” – LLC “Severnaya zvezda” (Duck’s Brew), LLC “HOPMALT”. 23 beer in 28 beer categories awarded gold, 25 beers- silver and 36 beers – bronze.
October 15: best representatives of the brewing industry awarded gold medals “Honored worker of the Russian brewing industry” and “For contribution to the development of the brewing industry” within V Russian brewing contest “ROSGLAVPIVO® – the Best Russian Beer”.
October 15: final of V pageant “Beer Queen of Russia-2021” on the mega-yacht Radisson Royal.
