The Ministry of Agriculture of the RF elaborated the Administrative regulations “Approval of the Administrative regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture of the RF concerning rendering of legal public services for registration of selection achievements including submission and examination of applications for a patent, certifying an exclusive owner’s right or any other acts in connection with protection of selection achievements”.
These regulations provide for significant changes in the activity of the State Variety Commission in terms of state registration of selection achievements including submission and examination of applications for a patent, certifying an exclusive owner’s right or any other acts in connection with protection of selection achievements.
